Flat Fee MLS: For a one-time flat fee of $250 (plus a Broker’s fee of 2 – 3 %, if applicable), this program offers:

• a six month listing on your local MLS (with up to SIX photos)
• a corrugated, weather-resistant front yard sign
• a standard ad (including one front photo) on Realtor.com
• all preliminary forms and disclosure documents for the state of Ohio
